Business Development Associate-Asia

As part of our continued growth and expansion plan we are looking for Business Development Associates to join our Team. Working closely with multinational Sales and Marketing Teams with significant experience in the market you will be a key member of our Business Development Team and successfully generating trading volume on a daily basis.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote the Hantec FX Trading platforms throughout South East Asia
• Expand Hantec’s presence and brand in the Foreign Exchange marketplace
• Conduct market research and apply various acquisition techniques in cooperation with Head of Business Development
• Work closely with the marketing department and provide local/regional advertising and marketing suggestions
• Conact web inscriptions and maintain accurate records of all activity reports
• Promote ideas and projects to enhance business development
• Perform presentations for potential clients and partners
• Ensure customer satisfaction, knowledge & expertise provides a competitive advantage for Hantec Markets
• Maintain positive working relations with clients and all Company Departments
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• Knowledge of e-FX market and industry trends, competition and leading customer strategies
• 3+ years’ experience in a FX Sales position
• Online Trading / E-Trading experience
• Solid employment history
• Track record in generating substantial trading volumes per month
• A client portfolio is a plus
• Excellent oral and written Chinese (Mandarin) skills plus any of the following languages: Malay/Thai/Indonesian
• Another language relevant to your covering market of benefit
• Eligibility to work in the UK

To round off your profile, you are a result driven individual and have excellent communication skills in English.
