Business Development Associate - Turkey

As part of our continued growth and expansion plan we are looking for Business Development Associates to join our Team. Working closely with multinational Sales and Marketing Teams with significant experience in the market you will be a key member of our Business Development Team and successfully generating trading volume on a daily basis.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote the Hantec FX Trading platforms throughout Turkey
• Expand Hantec’s presence and brand in the Foreign Exchange marketplace
• Conduct market research and apply various acquisition techniques in cooperation with Head of Business Development
• Work closely with the marketing department and provide local/regional advertising and marketing suggestions
• Contact web inscriptions and maintain accurate records of all activity reports
• Promote ideas and projects to enhance business development
• Perform presentations to potential clients and partners
• Ensure customer satisfaction, knowledge & expertise provide a competitive advantage for Hantec Markets
• Maintain positive working relations with clients and all Company Departments
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role
  
  

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• Knowledge of e-FX market and industry trends, competition and leading customer strategies.
• 3+ years’ experience in a FX Sales position
• Online Trading / E-Trading experience
• Solid employment history
• Track record in generating substantial trading volumes per month
• A client portfolio is a plus
• Excellent oral and written Turkish skills
• Another language relevant to your covering market of benefit
• Eligibility to work in the UK
