Fund Your Account

Funding your account is easy with Hantec. We give you the choice to securely transfer funds by either Credit/Debit Card or a bank wire transfer.

With Hantec Markets clients can open their accounts and deposit funds in 8 major currencies:

USD (US Dollar), EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pound), CHF (Swiss Franc), JPY (Japanese Yen), AUD (Australian Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), and CNY (Chinese Yuan).

Hantec Markets credits your account as soon as we receive your funds. If you fund your account by credit card, we receive your funds almost instantly, which means you can be trading within the hour! With bank transfers it usually takes a few days depending on the type of transfer you select. Normal transfers typically take 2-3 days, while express transfers will hit the account in 1-2 days. Either way, we credit your account as soon as we receive the funds.

Hantec Markets client funds are safely kept in segregated accounts with top-tier bank HSBC, one of the largest banks in the world with a global network of around 7500 offices in more than 85 countries worldwide.

Credit/Debit Card


Credit/Debit Card funding allows you to fund your Hantec trading account with the most popular credit cards.

Currencies available: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF, CAD, AUD and CNY
Credit/Debit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Airplus and UATP.
Funding levels: Minimum $250 and Maximum $10,000
Charges:
Visa and Visa Electron: 1.8%
MasterCard: 1.8%
American Express: 4%
Diners: 4%
JCB: 4%

N.B. for all commercial credit cards the charge is 2.2%

Credit card funding is very quick, and we receive your funds shortly after you have approved the payment. We credit your account immediately, so you can expect to be up and trading within the hour.

Please take note that we do not accept payments from third parties. Credit card details must match the name of your Hantec Markets trading account.

Bank Wire Transfer


You can wire funds directly from your bank account to Hantec Markets by a bank transfer to our HSBC bank account.

  • We accept the following currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, AUD, CAD, and CNY.
  • Hantec Markets does not charge any transaction fees.
  • Please take note that the depository bank usually charges a transaction fee. Generally, you have the option of this fee being deducted directly from the amount transferred or charged to you separately.
  • We advise you to call your bank for transaction fee information as rates vary from one bank to another.
  • Transaction time depends on the processing time taken by the remitting and depository banks. Normal transfers typically take 2-3 days, while express transfers will hit the account in 1-2 days. Under normal circumstances Hantec Markets processes all transactions as soon as they are received and your account will be credited within the hour.

NB: Please ensure that the name on the bank account that you are transferring the funds from is an exact match to the name of your Hantec Markets trading account. We remind you that Hantec Markets does not accept payments from third parties.

Clients are invited to register the bank account details they want to use for deposits and withdrawals with Hantec. This speeds up the withdrawal process and reduces the risk of fraud.
